BEST FAST FOOD: CHIPOLTLE. . Chicken bowl with greens, veggies, and guacamole. iced tea is my favorite.
FAVORITE WORKOUT: High intensity 3-4 x’s a week, followed by 2 days of hot yoga or running.
MY CURRENT HEALTH PASSION : Nightly stretches, green juices
MY DAILY SUPPLEMENTS : Omega 3’s. 1 teaspoon Super elixir 2 x’s daily, 1 teaspoon of ALIVE whole food supplement
CANT LIVE WITHOUT: Lavender sea salts, bath time, and of course my amazing family.
MY ONE PIECE OF ADVICE- Age is JUST a number. Stop equating your life with your age. If you want it, do it, try it , or wear it… GO FOR IT!!!
