Spotlight superfood.. The goji berry

The superfoods are everywhere, and plenty to throw in on a daily basis to your smoothies, oatmeal, ect. One superfood berry that adds a tremendous amount of antioxidants is the Goji berry! This superfood Is also known as a super tonic herb in the Chinese medicine world due to its amazing health benefits!  What makes it a super food? One cup of goji berries holds a whopping 12 grams of protein. These berries are full of antioxidants that help fight off free radicals, and helps with aging well. This super food has been known in TCM to promote longevity , and youthfulness.
