Hi ladies! Turmeric is all over in the health world, due to its amazing health benefits, and as some people would think that turmeric could be a bit bitter, or ” bland”, there are great ways of adding it to your daily life in the form of a latte! Yes .. The morning drink that some of you crave every morning.. You can now add that wonderful super spice into a latte. This is a wonderful recipe that I found off of the amazing blog Pamela salzman, and it’s amazingly delicious!! If you are a latte drinker, this is a perfect way of reaping the benefits.
1/2 tsp pure maple syrup
Pinch of cayenne
1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled, and cut into chunks or 1/4 tsp. Ground ginger
8 0z. Warm unsweetened almond milk
Other possible add ins: pinch of ground cinnamon, drop of pure vanilla extract, spoon of refined coconut oil.
Place turmeric , maple syrup, cayenne, ginger in a mug. Pour in warm almond milk. Stir and allow to steep for a minute. Enjoy!
