Hi ladies!
This is an amazing and healthy alternative to those preservative filled pizzas you buy in the store. In this recipe you can add avocado , or mushrooms , which are optional.
1 organic whole wheat pizza crust
2 cups of shredded veggie cheese
2 cups grilled corn
1 cup black or green olives
1.5 tomatoes sliced ( organic)
1 1/2 cup diced red peppers
add a bit of black pepper and basil.
Cook at 350 for about 40 minutes or until golden brown .
