Glowing skin is so easy to achieve. I believe everything we out into our bodies, no only reflects on the inside, but it works it’s way out to the outside. The key to getting glowing skin is really about what we put in our bodies. The best start is by making yourself a smoothie every morning filled with the right amount of fiber, protein and greens that will ultimately give you that glow.
I can’t tell you the difference I’ve seen in my skin since juicing with greens and superfoods, and I incorporate all those greens into my morning smoothie. If you are one that doesn’t see yourself drinking seaweed every morning, find a good nutrition powder that incorporates all the great greens and superfoods in it, and add a squeeze of lemon to give it more of a citrus taste. To be honest, there are so many amazing nutrition powders out there that taste amazing. I currently use Nourishing protein, by the Welle Co, and Hum Nutrition, which are both wonderful. They have your added superfoods , as well as so many greens. It saves you time and money by buying a nutrition powder and adding in your favorites.
Start with a great nutrition powder every morning, and add in your favorite berries , or if you have a favorite vegetable, you can add that in too. I like to add in goji berries, or a bit of seaweed to mine. I do add in lemon juice to add a bit of citrus. Drinking one to two smoothies daily, filled with greens and superfoods with all your added fruits will give you a glow. Try to stay away from coffee and caffeine filled drinks , and replace with herbal teas. Eating those raw foods will ultimately make your skin supple and healthy.
