Over night Chia -Oat cups

Happy Friday! 

I have to share this recipe because it just topped my list as one of my favorites. I recently picked up Kristen Cavallari “Balancing in Heels ” book, and this recipe was in there. I have to say that it is delish, and fairly simple. This recipe takes all but two minutes to prepare, and is loaded up with omega 3’s, great fiber, plenty of vitamins and minerals. I see where these cups can become highly addictive. This makes one serving. 

1/2 cup thick rolled oats 

1 cup plain unsweetened almond milk 

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 teaspoon real maple syrup

In a glass container , combine the oats, almond milk, chia seeds, and the maple syrup. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. In the morning, stir it well and enjoy!
