The Best Ever Vegan Milkshake

It’s summer time , and who doesn’t love a good chocolate milk shake? I have the best recipe , and the best part, it’s healthy. 

Most milkshakes are filled with sugar and preservatives of all sorts. Even though they may taste delicious, they aren’t that great for your body. If I am a lover of certain desserts, I am always on the lookout for a healthier version. This recipe is a hit in my house. It’s a vegan plant based milkshake, but you wouldn’t know it by the taste. 

2 Tbsp powdered cacao

1 tbsp maca 

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1/4 tsp sea salt

1 1/2 cup almond milk

1 Tbsp coconut nectar

Blend all this , and enjoy! 

Optional: you can top your milkshake with whip cream .
