You know that Kale Is loaded up with antioxidants and vitamins to keep your body balanced and healthy. This recipe is sure to have you craving pizza more often.
- 1 organic flax pizza crust ( mostly sold online or at your local health food store) if you can’t find, one whole wheat crust will do
- 1 1/2 cups chopped organic kale
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup veggie cheese or low skim
- 1/2 cup favorite pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce ( mix with spaghetti sauce )
- 1/3 crushed oregano diced tomatoes
Place all ingredients on the pizza crust , adding the toppings last ( cheese and kale ) .
