Many people do not like the taste of egg Nog on its own, and only enjoy it when it’s included in a recipe. If you are one of those people, this recipe is for you!
Egg Nog can be a bit heavy, so it’s best to find a reduced fat egg nog if you can. Many stores sell it.
1/3 cup skim milk
2/3 cup egg nog
1.5 fluid oz. espresso
1 pinch of ground nutmeg and cinnamon
Pour the milk and the egg Nogg into a steaming pitcher and heat between 145-165 degrees using a steaming wand. Brew the shot of espresso , then add to the mug. Pour the steamed milk and egg nog into the mug, using a spoon to hold back the foam. Spoon foam over the top. Sprinkle nutmeg and cinnamon on top! This is truly delicious! Enjoy!
