7 Herb Salad

Hey Ladies!

I wanted to include this amazing 7 herb salad that you can add into your weekly clean eating recipes. This salad is cleansing and adds in so many health benefits that prevents inflammation in the body. 

I added in string green beans  mine. You can add in any type of vegetable.

4 snap peas

1/2 bunch parsley

1/2 Bunch mint

1/2 bunch basil

1/2 bunch chives

1/2 bunch chervil

1/2 bunch dill

4 ounces baby spinach

1 bulb fennel

1 tablespoon lemon juice

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

salt and pepper to taste

cut the snap peas in thirds. PUll the leaves from herbs. Throw everything together with your olive oil. Deliciousness!!!
