Almond Oatmeal Delight

Looking for a great breakfast starter before heading to that intense workout? This is one of my favorite recipes, and I do only eat this unless I go to a high intensity workout such as Body Pump, or HIIT. This has a mixture of carbs, protein, and tons of antioxidants, and did I mention how YUMMY it is? Try it out! Your sure to Love it!

*1/2 cup steel cut oats
*1 tbsp almond butter
*1 tsp. maple syrup ( real maple syrup)
*2 tbsp. all natural organic greek yogurt
*2 tbsp almond milk
*Assortment of your favorite berries

Place the oats in a bowl,and add the milk , maple syrup, and almond butter. Mix together until creamy. Add the yogurt on top and add the berries. Enjoy!
