This is one of my favorite recipes, and I do only eat this unless I go to a high intensity workout such as Body Pump, or HIIT. *1/2 cup steel cut oats
*1 tbsp almond butter
*1 tsp. maple syrup ( real maple syrup)
*2 tbsp. all natural organic greek yogurt
*2 tbsp almond milk
*Assortment of your favorite berries
