Greens On Greens.. How I Love my Morning Green Juice

Every morning  I start off with a green juice, and Ill tell you why.. Energy! I load up my morning juice with lots of greens and they are full of antioxidants. Greens are powerful in so many ways. The best part is that they can be used in many great recipes, and they are truly remarkable for your immune system. My energy levels increase throughout the day, and I feel very energized. Kale and Spinach are my two favorite greens that I use as my base. I do add Spirulina and Wheatgrass to it, as they are high in chlorophyll. Chlorophyll is one of the BEST blood detoxifiers for your system. I know many people that do not like the thought of green juices, but one a day can truly make a difference for your health. Dandelion added to your morning juice is also very detoxifying. One of my favorite things to do is throw together a cucumber and a avocado to my juice. These two together , believe it or not is delicious. Green apples are also great to add to your juice. Load up daily on a green juice, and your energy levels, and over all immunity will begin to soar. We all need to stay as healthy as we can with the many things  that can wear down our immune systems. Fresh vegetables are a perfect way to start.
