We all live in a chaotic world but adding in beauty rituals daily will help you keep energized and feeling at the top of your game. Here are my top 5! 

– make time for yourself: just adding in a few minutes in the morning with a deep meditation and a cup of green tea let’s you clear your mind and help with the calm. Try adding this to your morning ritual. 

-add in a monthly massage- massage breaks toxins and releases toxins from the body. Try adding this monthly . Treat it like a doctors appointment every month. It will do your body good. 

– Add in a mani pedi- doesn’t it feel good to have a great cheery color on your toes and nails. It makes me a happy girl. Try doing this even if you have to do it yourself. It makes a difference. 

-never leave home without your brows done. Your brows define your eyes. No matter if you leave home without makeup, your brows will make you feel and look beautiful. 

-Drink up! Drink that water. Water flushes toxins out of the body and helps with glowing skin. We all want our skin to look and feel amazing.. water is the best thing that you can feed your skin.. Beauty is from the inside out. If you feel good on the inside, you will shine on the outside.
