Feeling stressed? Slow down with Solitude

We live in an era where life is chaotic. We have a world filled with technology nonstop , and it seems life never slows down. It’s our duty to slow our life down as much as possible to give our bodies a rest, and our mental and emotional state of being a rest. I recently became fond of Reiki , that I’m currently becoming certified. It actually has helped my state of balance between body , mind and spirit so much. There are ways to incorporate Reiki practices in your life if you are unable to get to a practitioner.

                              Breathing

Breathing exercises through the nasal passage can really wake your system up. Take your index finger and ring finger and place above both eyes. Take middle finger and place above third eye. Take 3 deep breaths. Once you have completed that, take the index finger and hold over left nostril. Breathe deeply through left nostril and repeat 3 times. This exercise sends energy through your body awakening all areas . It’s nice to sit for at least 5-10 minutes and breathe deeply at least 3-4 times a day or whenever you feel stressed. It can recharge your body.

                                Prayer

Prayer is so huge. Every time I have went to Reiki , they have given me a great prayer before the practice. Prayer is so big in my family, and it sets your sights on something bigger . It brings peace and purity into your days. Setting aside 10 minutes every morning to give thanks is so huge

                                Meditation

Sitting time aside each day and meditating for any amount of time allows time for solitude. It keeps us aware of our surroundings and keeps us grounded for what the day has in store. Living each day in the moment is key. You get so much out of your day. These are a few Reiki components that fit into Reiki practices. If you decide to perform Reiki, it’s best to go to a good practitioner.
