Fall is here. The Perfect Pumpkin Bread

Fall is in the air. The cooler weather, pumpkin candles, burning fires, and of course we can’t forget the pumpkin spice lattes! Yum! Well this recipe is one of my favorites , and my family loves it! My amazing pumpkin bread. This is perfect for an after dinner dessert or even a good little snack. My basic points to this recipe is use organic ingredients .

11/2 cups all purpose organic flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp kosher salt
3/4 tsp. Ground cinnamon
3 organic bananas
8 tbsp unsalted butter
3/4 cup packed organic light brown sugar
2 large organic eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place a pan on a baking sheet. Whisk the flour , baking soda, salt, and cinnamon together. Set aside.
IN another bowl, mash bananas into a chunky paste. Whisk the melted butter, Brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla into the bananas until blended. Add the dry ingredients into 3 parts- stir into the nuts. Bake 55 to 75 min. Enjoy!
