Hey ladies!
HAPPY FRIDAY! I wanted to share with you all my favorite new clean juice smoothie that is full of antioxidants, and is the super best start to any morning. Goji berries are known to be full of antioxidants and not only does this smoothie give you amazing energy, it is super delicious!
1 cup of organic almond milk
1 frozen organic banana
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1tbsp goji berries
2 tbsp. Dates

Blend all these together, and top with your favorite garnish such as mint.

One quick note about this smoothie is it is filled with so many cleansing antioxidants. It’s so important to nourish our bodies with clean, healthy foods. This smoothie is one of may favorites and also one of my family’s favorites. Pexels
