I hope you are having a great day so far. Fall is right around the corner, and I can;t wait for all the beauty of the season. One of the things I love so much about fall is the smells. I love the smell of cinnamon tea, and hot apple pie, which is one of my fall favorites. I also love using my Young Living Essential Oils. They add the best smells to my home. I can’t even pick a favorite because there is something unique about each and every one of them. They all serve a purpose. I use lemon in the morning for my water, and I use lavender at night before I go to bed. I love using them on a daily basis.
The benefits are astounding. They are the best for stress relief. I find many of the yoga classes that I attend use essential oils for many purposes. They will place essential oils on cool towels, and many come around and place essential oils on our temples. They are great for healing and recovery, and alleviating headaches. I feel they overall enhance the immune system. I’ve been using them on a daily basis and I’ve seen less sickness. Who doesn’t love to smell amazing aromas. They can be used in a diffuser as well as rubbing a bit on the temples or wrists. Many people use them in place of perfumes and heavy oils. They can be added to your bath, and I even throw a few drops in my shower if I am feeling my sinuses are acting up. Essential oils are great for over all health and immunity. If you are new to trying or using essential oils, please find oils that are pure and worth every penny. Young Living oils are that and so much more.
