Nowadays, we’re becoming more and more aware of how our actions and decisions impact our body, out happiness and our overall well being. It helps us to build strength. It helps us to build stamina. It helps us to remain flexible and supple. It also helps us to manage our weight if we are overweight or obese. But often, many of us avoid exercise. We have negative associations with it and would rather spend our time doing something more “enjoyable”. Now, exercise can be enjoyable. Sometimes, people simply can’t be bothered to leave the house to attend gym sessions, fitness classes or sports clubs.
