Avocados are the Best Fats for you

What is your favorite start to your morning, besides your morning java? I love Avocado toast, when I’m not fasting. Avocados are loaded with so many antioxidants and vitamins that are so nourishing to your body. They are loaded up with with Vitamin C, E, K, and B-6.  They also have many great vitamins such as riboflavin, niacin, folate , magnesium, and potassium. They are a great source of Omega 3 fatty acids . They are delicious on anything from toast to salads to even a good, healthy pasta. I have a great recipe that I want to share with you that will have your mouth watering. This is so good for you. I promise this will become one  of your favorite starts to the day. You can also find many great avocado recipes on Pinterest. You can add a bit of lemon juice to the top if you like a bit of sweetness.

  • 1 slice of organic or wheat bread ( i toast mine for a crisp taste)
  • 1 small organic avocado
  • all bagel seasoning or black crushed pepper
