This is a great breakfast option . It has protein & potassium and is great for an on the go breakfast!
Ok these are very delicious yet low in fat and has great protein. Please use turkey bacon when making these, as they will be more healthy .
1 whole wheat english muffin ( ezekiel brand)
1 avocado( sliced )
1/2 lb. turkey bacon
cook turkey bacon over medium heat, with a little coconut oil. Once the turkey is done, place on the ezekiel whole wheat english muffin and top with sliced avocado. Delicious. Great perk to a good morning! enjoy! Some people add tomato to it, which is totally optional.

Juicy jazz smoothie
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 kiwi cut up
11/2 cup watermelon
1/2 cup yogurt
1 cup vanilla soy milk
2 tbsp whey chocolate powder
1 cup water!
Blend and enjoy!!!
This is a great healthy breakfast that I have been making for a few years particularly on christmas morning, along with my kids favorite cinnamon rolls.
!2 eggs, beaten
11/2 pounds ground breakfast sausage
16 oz. shredded mozzarella low skim cheese
2 slices wheat bread, torn into pieces
Pre heat oven to 350, Brown sausage in a large skillet, over medium high heat, Drain off grease, and set aside to cool. Pour the eggs into a lightly greased 9×13 inch baking dish. In a separate large bowl, combine the sausage, bread and 12 oz. of the cheese. Mix well and pour into the egg mixture. top with the remaining 4 oz. of cheese. Cover with foil.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min. , uncover, and bake until casserole is golden brown and bubbly.
These 4 recipes below are what I call the great 4 .. Because in my words, these are quick, healthy , and most of all delicious!
– Greek yogurt with granola. Take low fat Greek yogurt , and mix it with 1 cup of granola. Top with 1/2 cup of blueberries!
-peanut butter smoothie- take 2 tbsp of organic peanutbutter , and mix with 2 cups of soy almond milk, add in 1/2 banana and 1 tsp flaxseed!
– scrambled eggs with veggies. Over med heat, put two large egg whites with 1 egg.. Add in 1/2 red pepper , 1/2 cup mushrooms.. Delicious.. Add 1 tsp if olive oil .
-breakfast burrito.. Scramble 2 egg whites , 1/2 cup low skim mozzarella, 1/2 cup spinach. Roll up in whole wheat tortilla. Add 1/3 cup marinara or 1/3 cup salsa!
