We all know how important collagen is for our skin. As we age, we lose collagen in our skin , which causes the elasticity to decrease. This can cause wrinkles, loose skin, and much more. One way we can increase our collagen is by taking a good supplement. Many of us can get busy, and it can be difficult to make sure to get your daily dose of collagen.

This delicious recipe will insure that you will get your daily dose. Pre making these delicious bites is a great addition to any diet. Eating atleast 2 a day will give you additional supplementation of collagen.

-1 cup pumpkin seeds

-1/2 cup almonds

-2 tbsp raw cacao

-1/4 cup maple syrup ( organic)

-1 tablespoon spirulina

-1/3 cup almond butter

-1/2 tsp himilayian sea salt

-2 tbsp coconut oil

-3 tbsp collagen 

 

– Mix all these together in a food processor and shape into balls and freeze or chill over night. These are yummy and you can optionally add dried cranberries. Enjoy!
