I’m sure you have skid problem areas on your body that you would like to improve. The number of women I talk to talk about cellulite on their thighs that they would like to improve. Well as all of you know , you cannot erase cellulite, but there are exercises you can do to build muscle under the skin to even out skin tone and decrease the look. Here are some great exercises! I recommend doing these 3-4xs week and 2-3 xs@ 15 reps each!!
