On the go glow

Hi ladies!

We all have busy , hectic schedules now days, and it’s so hard to head to the gym in the morning, and with errands, and appointments, it’s sometimes hard to head home, and spend an hour getting makeup on , and getting ready. Before you know it, you look at the clock , and realize it’s almost lunch time. I just want to add in some great items I carry along with me, to add to my regimen that is easy, and will give you that glow on the go. I usually keep these in my bag when I head to the gym, and once I shower, I use these items in about 5-7 minutes. I’m good to go from there , when I have stuff to do.

One great item that I love and swear by is the Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer. This item is wonderful, and literally gives your skin that dewy look without applying an ounce of foundation. It has great color to it.  I always use the smashbox photo finish primer water, which. I spritz on after my moisturizer. It feels great, and has a great smell to it. Then to top it off, I use Burts bees Chapstick, which I’m so addicted to. Especially in the cold, it’s good to keep Chapstick on your lips to prevent chapping. I always add a tint of lip gloss to the top, which I love Sephora buxom lipgloss.

If you are ever super busy, and heading to the gym, keep a small bag in your car with some great skin essentials to hold you over , until your errands are done. It will definitely save you time.

Eat your greens! Adding spinach or kale to your everyday diet will give you the vitamin B your body needs and reduce your stress levels!
