DIY Starbucks hibiscus Refresher

Hi Ladies!

Who doesn’t love Starbucks? The drinks they come out with couldn’t get any more delicious, especially around the holidays. It may be easy for some of us to head to a close Starbucks whenever we feel, but for others it may not be so easy. I don’t know about you, but one my ultimate favorite drinks from Starbucks, is the Hibiscus Refresher. The taste is amazing, and instantly refreshing. Are you fan of it? Well I have a recipe that you can make right in your own home, and it taste identical to the real thing, and is a whopping 70 calories.

You will need:

  • 5 bags of any brand of Berry Hibiscus Tea. ( I personally love Yogi or Tazo).
  • 4 drops of honey
  • 5-6 cups boiling water
  • Fresh blackberries &blueberries

You want to steep the tea bags in the boiling water , and add the honey . You want to make sure you let it steep for atleast an hour. Pour your tea into a pitcher, and add the berries and how much ice you would like. (Some people do not like them real icy).You can mash the berries up if you would like. Refrigerate for an hour.

This is really so refreshing and you will love it. The refresher can also be turned into a smoothie, by adding some spinach, and almond milk. Its quite yummy.

Starbucks doesn't have to be fattening!!!

Who doesn’t love Starbucks!!! I love everything about Starbucks from their logo to their beautiful name drinks .. Their holiday cups, and most of all the amazing taste of their drinks.. They have added some wonderful healthy items to their menu..lots of people I talk to say they try to stay away during workouts or diets because their drinks are fattening., well some of them are when you load them up with syrups & don’t give them a milk preference and add whip cream.. But here is a list of great drinks that you can get that won’t ruin your waist . 💜💜💜
