Butt exercises

Ok .. Everyone I talk to.. Says if they could fix one thing about their body it would nothing other than their butt! I hear things like mine is fat, or ” my huge butt” or I just want them to look good in jeans. Well .. One thing that people need to realize is there are so many exercises out there that will give you that nice tight tush you are wanting.. No need for running long distances , or power walking endless miles.. These exercises can really change the shape and fullness of your butt with just 20-30 minutes a day. Constant repetition. You will see in time , that your butt will not only change shape but will be lifted and more toned. Try these.. Go for it!!!

Six moves to tone butt & thighs

One area that I know women are hard on themselves for or one area they would want to change is always their butt & thighs ! For one , women store fat in these areas easily. Here are six great toning exercises for those areas.

– jump squats. Do 3 reps if 15.

– walking lunges. Do 3 reps of 15.

– Romanian deadlifts. Do 3 reps of 15.

-jump rope / 1 minute intervals ( 3 intervals)

– squats with weights. 3 reps of 15

– back leg lifts. 3 reps of 15.

If you do these toning exercise 3-4 times a week along with a good clean diet, you will see the results!!!
