The Best Vegan Pancakes On The Planet

I love eating Vegan. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to eating any other type of food lifestyle. The way my body feels after eating this way , and the energy that I have from adopting this type of eating style is amazing. The crazy thing about eating Vegan is that everyone thinks its a major food change. It is, but in such a great way. There are SO many amazing, delicious recipes out there. I’m literally hooked on the Vegan Way Of Life. There are many great substitutions for your favorite ingredients.

This is one of my Favorite Recipes. I absolutely love pancakes, but never liked the way they made me feel before. I stumbled across this amazing Vegan recipe from a friend, and I am addicted to them. I do add fruit and a bit of cinnamon to them. They are So Yummy. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

The Perfect Vegan Pancakes

Ingredients

1 1/4 Cup Almond Flour

2 Tablespoons Stevia

2 teaspoons Baking powder

1/2 tsp Himalayan salt

1 1/4 cup water

1 tablespoon coconut oil

You want to sift your flour, sugar, baking powder, salt in a large bowl. Whisk the water and oil together in a small bowl. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, and pour in the wet area. Stir enough until blended.

Heat a pan ( preferably stainless steel) with coconut oil. Place the batter in. Cook until the bubbles form and they are browned. Repeat on both sides.

Once they are done, you can add a bit of cinnamon and fruit toppings to it. I also love adding a bit of coconut yogurt to the top too. These are truly delicious.

Eating Vegan isn’t as hard as you might think. It may take you time, but overall it truly has helped me feel better and have more energy. If this is something you have thought of doing, but is a bit skeptical, that’s normal. Take it one day at a time.
