This is a real great 20 minute leg workout that is great for that person who is short on time.

20 lunges /each leg
30 knee highs
30 jumping jacks
20 calf raises / each leg
40 squats
10 Romanian dead lifts

Do this 2 xs each. You will feel the burn

Follow:

1.5 cups kale
1 cup spinach
Juice from one lemon
1/2 cucumber
1/2 pear
1/2 green apple

Mix up and enjoy! This is a power juice. Plus the vitamins & minerals in this drink will prove to give you more energy!

This pizza is a family favorite in my house! The reasons: well it’s healthy , and most of all it’s delicious!!!! It doesn’t have all the nitrate filled sausage or pepperoni on it. Try it.. Promise: you will love!!!

1 organic whole wheat pizza crust
1. 5 cups low fat skin mozzarella shredded cheese
1 cup shredded mushrooms
1.5 cup chopped red peppers
1 can organic pizza sauce
Dash of parsley
1 small can of tomatoes

Take the sauce and put over the pizza crust. Sprinkle cheese, add the rest of ingredients and place in oven on 350 for 25-30 min. I like my crust a little more on the over cooked side, so I put mine in for 35 min! Enjoy!

For anyone who has trouble sleeping, I am a very big skeptic when it comes to certain things, but I have to say.. This tea below rocks! If you drink it one hour before bed, you will get the most refreshing sleep. I steep two bags to one glass instead of one. Enjoy! Best way to get your zzz’s!
