Drink herbal teas! It makes you feel full. Teas like mint & ginger are great for this and it flushes toxins.

Carry a snack with you. If you are attending a party, eat your snack before so you don’t feel like eating a bunch at the party!

Throw out leftovers! If you keep those leftovers , you are not going to be able to achieve your goals. Just adds excess calories! Throw them out!!!!

2 cups organic Greek yogurt
1/3 cup mixed berries
1/3 cup organic granola

Take the Greek yogurt and put in a tall glass . Top with the mixed berries and granola. Delicious and low fat!
