I get emails all the time asking me about my clothes. I am currently reconstructing my blog, and I am adding a great deal of fashion flair to it. I recently posted my comfortable outfit from yesterday, and have gotten many emails on it regarding my top. My top is one of my favorites. I am a lover of Express sweatshirts, and the last time I checked these were out of stock, but recently got more in, so grab one while you can. This outfit is a great matchup for a chilly Fall Day. The jeans are by Joes Jeans , which I love due to the stretchy material. They make amazing jeans that fit perfect. The slip on boots are by Sam Edelman, which is one of my favorite shoe designers. Doesn’t his shoes rock? This outfit would be great with a jean jacket for an added look, and also a great pair of shades for a sunny day. The boots are perfect for crazy, busy days due to the comfort of them. It can sometimes be hard to find boots that are comfortable. Fall clothes are fun, and just adding a few different pieces to your favorite jeans or shoes is a great way to make a statement.
Journaling has become so popular these days, due to the fact that it helps improve your life in a variety of ways. It brings peace and much more. It gives us an awareness on what kind of life we want to create or the goals that we want to achieve. I have many friends who keep journals for their fitness routines. They log in what they ate, the calories, and the kind of workouts they do. They write down the feelings they felt after the workout and it really does improve your quality of life in that retrospect. Journaling is also calming and relaxing. I do it to remember special moments, or amazing trips that I go on. I then can reflect back on those memories along with the pictures I attach with it. Journaling is healthy for the mind and spirit. It gives you a great connection between your mind and wonderous thoughts. If you are on a vacation, and see something amazing or a special moment that made you feel great, journaling is a special moment that you can always go back on and read about. It grounds the mind in many ways, and brings out your nurturing creativity. It can be used not only for diet, exercise, and travel, but special moments as your kids get older. The memories that you shared with them. If you are having certain issues in your life, it may be good for you to write them down on paper. It helps the mind grow, and can bring a whole new transformation to your life. Its healthy and fun, and I encourage everyone to pick an amazing journal that is pretty cool to you and start writing. They have super cool ones that have beautiful pictures on them. Get writing!
Motivation when it comes to fitness can be hard at times. We can lose track when we get busy, when we juggle many things, like family and a career. Fitness needs to be important in your life because how good are we when we really aren’t taking care of ourselves. We are better mothers, friends, our moods are better, and we feel better overall. I have some amazing motivational tips that will keep you wanting to move everyday.
– If you fall off the bandwagon, get right back on. It doesn’t matter if you have to start over. Another day is a new start.
-Buy some amazing workout clothes that are comfortable.Nothing is worse than having a workout ruined because of a poor wardrobe choice,and and it starts with a base layer They are super comfortable and are made well. These clothes are like no other.
-Always keep clean ,healthy snacks on hand. We can often find ourselves driving through a fast food joint when we are in a hurry, and have the kids in the back. Keep some healthy snacks on hand like almonds, bananas, and good protein bars.
-keep a journal. I cant tell you how amazing it is to keep a journal of how you feel during and after your workouts. It keeps you motivated for more.
-Make you time for fitness. Cut out a small portion of your day to get to the gym or your favorite class. You are only keeping yourself healthy on the inside and outside. Do your body good!
