I have to admit, I’m so lucky and delighted to be able to work with one of my favorite brands . TOBI has the cutest clothes not to mention, some of the trendiest. Everytime I get a package from them, I’m like a little girl in a candy store. The vibrant off the shoulder dresses and tops are a hit this year, and I’m loving everything I set my eyes on. I decided to throw on some favorites of mine today including my super cute TOBI top. I can’t tell you how many compliments I have got on this top. I paired it with my favorite cream Theory shorts and dressed it up with my Vince Camuto booties. Who says you can’t wear booties in the summer time? Monday’s are usually those days where we are coming off of a big , crazy weekend and no matter what we have going on, comfy clothes seem so delightful . It’s amazingly easy now days to turn your workout clothes into daytime clothes with a cute yoga cardigan or just plain tshirts and leggings. If I’m going to the gym, that’s usually my wardrobe. We should all know , if your a Nordstrom junkie like me, that their anniversary sale had some amazing buys. I picked up so many things including this Adidas tank. This is the most comfy tank and is great paired with the perfect black leggings. They also have this great tank in pale pink. The Nordstrom sale is always a great time to pick up cute workout gear and stock up on fall items that you’ve had your eye on.

We all live in a chaotic world but adding in beauty rituals daily will help you keep energized and feeling at the top of your game. Here are my top 5! 

– make time for yourself: just adding in a few minutes in the morning with a deep meditation and a cup of green tea let’s you clear your mind and help with the calm. Try adding this to your morning ritual. 

-add in a monthly massage- massage breaks toxins and releases toxins from the body. Try adding this monthly . Treat it like a doctors appointment every month. It will do your body good. 

– Add in a mani pedi- doesn’t it feel good to have a great cheery color on your toes and nails. It makes me a happy girl. Try doing this even if you have to do it yourself. It makes a difference. 

-never leave home without your brows done. Your brows define your eyes. No matter if you leave home without makeup, your brows will make you feel and look beautiful. 

-Drink up! Drink that water. Water flushes toxins out of the body and helps with glowing skin. We all want our skin to look and feel amazing.. water is the best thing that you can feed your skin.. Beauty is from the inside out. If you feel good on the inside, you will shine on the outside.

I’m sure you have all felt fatigued here and there, and its very common to feel low on energy when we have been busy in our daily lives. If it is a chronic feeling, it is best to schedule an appointment with your doctor and let them know. It can be a more chronic problem due to other issues. If you have sparingly fatigue here and there, I would advise to follow these top ways to keep yourself energized, so that you can live your best life. getting plenty of exercise is ideal

-Its always best to follow a plant based diet- Plant based diets are full of antioxidants and vitamins and can help revive on a cellular level. Making sure that you are eating plenty of fruits and fresh vegetables always helps with fighting fatigue. You can make juices with fresh vegetables as well as making wholesome healthy salads.

-Supplement with carnitine- This supplement will help with the transfer of fatty acids to be used for energy.

-Make sure to get plenty of sleep. Strive for at least 6-8 hours a night. If you wake up feeling tired, you will feel that way all day.

-Get plenty of exercise- Try to strive for at least 30 minutes of daily exercise every day. We were born to move our bodies. Getting out for a daily walk or a run is ideal, as well as a great yoga class.

 

These will help combat fatigue and help you feel your amazing self everyday.
